A 50% deposit of the total amount secures your booking The balance to be paid in full two weeks prior to arrival - no booking is guaranteed without the required deposit.
Cancellation policy: 45 days prior to arrival - forfeit 100% 60 days or less - forfeit 50% and beyond two calender months forfeit 30% or required 50% deposit payment.
When hiring a chalet a R300.00 refundable breakage deposit is payable.
Strictly no pets allowed.
Plastic groundsheets are prohibited. (Only the netting-type is allowed). Where your tent is an "all-in-one" please advise in order that I can allocate a site accordingly.
Brick braais are available on each site. Please bring your own braai grids. No fires to be built on the lawns.
If you are able to, please erect tent over concrete slabs where available.
All sites have 15amp electrical power points.
Site occupation - Maximum 6 persons per site.
Your vehicle/s may only be parked on your own site.
Casual visitors fees are payable @ R20.00 per person per day when visiting campers/caravaners already booked in. Note - Max of 6 visitors allowed on any 1 site per day and all visitors to vacate the park by 10:00pm whereafter the gate will be locked.
Gate access control guards at main gate to let you in after lock-up time. PLEASE NO HOOTING
